Assignment 6- Zent

I have a lot of interests. Well let me rephrase that, I have a lot of revolving interests. I can get wrapped up in something for a while and then just suddenly not really care about it anymore. But, one thing that I have always been really interested in is movies. Particularly the filming and producing of movies. Freshman year in english, we did a film unit and learned all about different camera angles and sound devices that help tell the story. These are things that most people don’t even notice, the cutting between shots in a scene or when the music fades away, but I love to see how different directors and filmmakers make different choices to tell the stories. This really interests me because I think it's crazy how one decision about a certain angle of one camera can completely change how the plot is supposed to be perceived. I love telling stories and the fact that directors and producers of movies get to tell stories through their works to tons of people makes me really interested in the whole process.
