assignment 5- Ezekiel

    I do not watch Tv simply because i don't really have access to it as my parents dont watch it and so i have no real way to as we don't have cable that i know of, and even as part of our internet we get free netflix and they just haven't set it up yet as they feel no need to watch tv. I don't have any personal experience however because of the large amount of people that watch Tv it would appear to be a very good source of entertainment, in addition to being a good source of entertainment it is also a good way for advertisers to reach people, although i do not see it as any more effective than social media advertising or pop up ads on a website. It is also an inane use of time but that is perfectly fine in moderation. I think it can definitely be all three as entertainment doesn't have to, and usually isn't very useful as its primary purpose is to give people an escape from their own life. I think Tv is a great way to find out what you like and potentially indirectly find other people who have similar interests.
