Assignment 9- Gaby Rondel

I can't say that there is a particular issue that keeps me up at night. However, what does keep me up at night is when people in my life are so ignorant of the people and things around them. This makes me so mad. And I know that I am guilty of this sometimes as well, but I try not to be and I try to speak up when people do this. The part that kills my soul a little bit is when people continue to be ignorant, even after I have pointed it out once, twice, three times...

What hurts more than anything is when people are ignorant of malice in the world that doesn't affect them. Someone with the mentality of "If it doesn't affect me, I don't need to worry about it" makes me beyond mad, especially when it affects their friends and loved ones. What sucks more than anything, is when someone points out their own ignorance by saying something ignorant to your face. It is the worst feeling in the world. It ruins your day.
